A bungalow is not what it seems in Spain!

If you’re buying a new property in Spain, and you want a single storey dwelling, you may not get what you bargain for. While some properties are called bungalows, they usually have an upper outdoor terrace rather than a roof. If you want one floor with a roof on top of it, you;ll probably find it described as a chalet. The message here is look before you buy, to make sure you get exactly what you want!
