Insider Robyn shared her best tips on life & travel in Italy in her interview (http://www.insidersabroad.com/italy/blogs/insid…). Here are his top 3 restaurants in Palermo, Italy:
My favourite place to eat in Italy is actually not a restaurant! I love eating from the street food vendors in and around the markets in Palermo – Ballarò, Vucciria and Capo.
Other favorites include:
Gagini (Via Cassari 35, Palermo): For a modern take on Sicilian food, Gagini is superb. It’s just at the end of the Vucciria market.
B&B Le Chiane (Via Cersuta, 85046, Maratea): My third choice is also not actually a restaurant – it’s more of a dining experience. Dinner at B&B Le Chiane is like having dinner at your Italian relative’s house – if they happen to be lovely people and excellent cooks! It’s like a dinner party every night.
